If you've found a listed hedgehog that you're interested in, we can hold your pick with a $50 deposit through Square, Paypal or Venmo.  If you'd prefer to do more of a meet and greet before any deposit is made, we can schedule that as well.  Appointment times do not guarantee first pick, only deposits will hold specific hedgehogs. We are open by appointment only and generally have availability on the weekends at 12, 2, 4 and 6.  We can be flexible with weekday appointments on a case by case basis.  The easiest way for us to communicate is through text (937-403-6557) or facebook messenger.  We will respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.

There are many options and great ideas for enclosures;  We currently do not carry accessories (coming soon) but we can help point you in the right direction.  Check out the Basic Care tab at the top right of the page for more detailed info and join a few Facebook groups to see what other hedgie owners are using.  

Bring a small carrier or high sided box with a blanket or towel in which to take your hedgehog home.  In cooler weather, Hot Hands warmers are also recommended.  Parking is located directly in front of the house, a church parking lot across the street is also available. 

All of our hedgehogs go home with a sample of our food and a small piece of fleece to help with the transition.  We also have food available for purchase 1lb for $8 or 2lbs for $15.  Our food is a mix of Spikes Ultra Plus Hedgehog Food from Pet Pro Products and Purina One Tender Selects Chicken Cat food. 

Appointments are in 1 hr slots, we go over basic handling techniques as well as making sure the hedgehog is a good fit.   

We also ask about your setup and go over any questions that may come up in the process. 

We are a USDA licensed breeder of African Pygmy Hedgehogs, as such, we do require specific info with any Hedgehog purchase (Outlined on page 83 of the Animal Welfare Act "blue book").  We will need to see a valid License or State ID  as well as a vehicle plate number.

We keep 5 generation pedigrees on all of our animals, which are available for and additional $75.  We are also registered with Hedgie List to verify and keep health records for any hedgehogs we have bred.  If you are interested in breeding, please let me know before the appointment and we can discuss releasing pedigrees.  Some of our animals are strictly sold as pet only, if you request a pedigree after the pickup appointment they will not be released. 

We accept most major credit cards through Square and will also accept Cash, Venmo or Paypal.
