We do offer a lifetime guarantee against Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome as well as a 2 week return policy with 50% refund or trade for a different hedgehog if you get your hedgehog home and it turns out to not be a good fit.  

At the moment we only sell our hedgehogs and the food that we use. 

We are open by appointment only, please contact us if you'd like to setup a visit

Deposits will only be refunded if there is a mutual decision made at pickup that a hedgehog may not be the right pet.  It happens on occasion especially with young kids who can be afraid or uncomfortable with holding the hedgehogs.  

We do not travel for appointments, there are a few licensed services that you could try to use for longer distances.  We haven't had great experiences with this in the past and prefer to meet in person to go over all of the important details

We lower the prices as the hedgehogs get older.  They are still loveable and adorable hedgies but the bonding process can take longer so we try to compensate for the extra effort.
